Everybody wants a goodnight sleep but people like to stay up

Everybody wants a goodnight sleep but people like to stay up
Using Ipads before bed ‘can lead to a poor night’s sleep by Stephen Adams tells how using Ipads or tablets before you go to sleep will not help you go to sleep or get a goodnights sleep according to the text “Researchers are warning that the blueish light their screens emit can stop users getting a good night’s sleep. That is because this type of light mimics daylight, convincing the brain that it is still daytime.”  So what they are saying is no one should really use those things before you go to sleep if you have school or work the next morning because you will most likely be tired because you will not have the right amount of sleep. They are saying the ultimate solution is to just turn off the devices at night. In my opinion I think if you know you won’t get up in the morning because you are staying up too late on the Ipad don’t use it, but all the talk about the blue light makes since but then again I use my ipad before I go to sleep and I have school the next day. I never have a hard time going to sleep, and I never heard of that before this article.

  1. This is pretty good, but short. Try to include some more details in the article. Why are researchers particularly concerned with iPads and not, say, TVs? 85
